How do you ensure the confidentiality of stored documents?
\nThe safety and security of your files is our top priority. We begin by digitally cataloguing any files that are to be removed from your premises then register them when they arrive at our dedicated off-site document storage facility.

The facility is secured with physical locking mechanisms, biosecurity measures and 24/7 security personnel. Once stored, those files can only be accessed by authorised personnel who must log their visits and any files removed from the site.
