Document Storage

We have clients of all sizes, from small- and medium-sized enterprises, right up to NHS trusts and financial services providers. However big or small, CAS works with its clients to find out what they need. And we provide a digital document storage service too. With our CAS-Cloud Document management system, you can back up your paper documents with a fully searchable digital archive. Depending on the size of your archive, this can be made even more cost-effective with our scanning-on-demand service.

 

Storage Boxes

CAS’s document storage boxes are triple-walled, which means they are tougher and more robust than other document storage boxes. We supply them to all of our customers who use our storage facilities, but they are also available if you want to keep your files at your premises. CAS boxes have an ergonomically designed handle built in which makes them more comfortable and safe to carry. This feature also increases the durability of the carton by adding additional structure at the point of wear.

 

Cataloguing

In response to customer demand, we have developed a file organisation and cataloguing service. This fits in seamlessly with all our other document file storage and document archiving services. Our organisational consultants are skilled and expert in quickly, efficiently and discreetly cataloguing your files. After an overview of the volume and content of the files, and an initial consultation, our consultants will get to work and organise your files in a clear, systematic way.

 

Scanning

CAS’ document scanning services offer major cost and time savings when it comes to information processing and management. Frequently accessed documents, including single or double-sided, colour and embossed assets, can be scanned and made available for use immediately in electronic format. Other documents can be scanned as and when you need them.

 

Cloud Storage

CAS Cloud is a scanning and archiving system which offers a simple and fast way to convert your paper archive into searchable electronic documents that are stored on the cloud. We’ve focused the product on scanning & archiving as that’s what most of our experience tells us our customers want to do.The initial package can be expanded by adding on extra users and/or more storage at any time, which can be particularly helpful if your organisation is based in multiple locations.

 

Shredding

Confidential data is a vital part of any business, and its safe disposal is essential for complying with the Data Protection Act 1998. CAS provides a UK-wide, secure document shredding and recycling service that has been engineered to be the easiest, safest and most responsible way to deal with your confidential documents and waste paper.

 

Security

At CAS we continually strive for the highest levels of security in our document storage service. We have a dedicated fleet of GPS-tracked vehicles to control all document transport to and from storage. Our storage facilities have gated perimeter fences, 24/7 security patrols and advanced CCTV. Security staff on the gate require anyone entering the facility to provide identification, and only authorised personnel are admitted. All CAS document-handling and security staff have been checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service
