Developed specifically for our clients, CAS Cloud is a completely secure and bespoke service. For a low monthly rental you can start with a single-user document management system. This includes 10GB of storage (enough for approximately 150,000 scanned pages). For larger organisations or those operating in multiple locations, this initial package can be expanded by adding on extra users and/or more storage at any time. Each user has a unique username and password, and we can set multi-layered file permissions to ensure that your data is only shared with those users who need it.

Depending on the size of your document archive, we can scan all your documents, or work on a scan-on-demand basis. Once documents have been scanned, we make all text fully searchable, so all system users can access documents easily and efficiently. And for those documents which are frequently accessed, we can also offer live file storage solutions.
